THDA Emergency Repair Program
For people seeking home repairs, as of April 20, 2024 the dollars for this year have been spent and at this time our waiting list is closed. If you are an existing client on the waiting list, you should be receiving a letter in the mail in June updating you on the status of the program and how to contact us.
Great Choice Home Loans
Great Choice is a 30-year, fixed interest rate home loan available through private banks and lenders. These loans focus on first-time homebuyers, U.S. military veterans, and homebuyers in targeted areas. Down payment assistance may also be available. https://www.thda.org/homebuyers

Homebuyer Education Course
We offer an online Homebuyer Education Course for first-time homebuyers; Borrowers who need homebuyer education certificates to qualify for a loan; Individuals looking to become more educated about homeownership; and Homebuyers working with local housing counselors. Key Features: Complete at your own pace; Animated videos covering all materials; Easy-to-read content to promote learning and ensure understanding.
The curriculum is based on the NeighborWorks America’s Realizing the American Dream curriculum and meets the National Industry Standards for homebuyer education. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion that will allow you and your lender to use loan products offered by the Tennessee Housing Development Agency.
